Shipping Rates:
Online
We charge a Flat Rate of R110. This includes reliable courier delivery straight to your door.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as the parcel has been handed to the couriers.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Orders from Merchants:
Our products are available in a number of leading retailers. All orders placed by registered merchants will be shipped from our warehouse and shipping costs will be calculated and quoted at the time of ordering.

Returns and Exchanges:
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 15 days of receiving your parcel.
- Please email orders@knifesharpners to request an exchange and we will attend to the issue as soon and effectively as possible.
- We will arrange for the collection of the item at your address.
- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
- Upon arrival of the returned item, we will assess and inspect the condition of the returned item, and execute a refund/exchange if approved.
Warthog Blade Sharpeners warrants that our Sharpeners and Diamond stones will be free from defect and that only the best quality material is used to manufacture this product. This Guarantee is granted safely to the Buyer. Warthog Blade sharpeners will replace any defective products free of charge. Buyer must return the defective product to Warthog Blade Sharpeners for inspection. Warthog Blade Sharpeners have no obligation under this Guarantee if the product is mistreated or modified, or if the product has not been used according to its instructions.
Consequential Damages: In the event the manufacturer shall not be held liable for any special indirect incidental or consequential losses or damages allegedly attributed to this product.
